Where is Galloo Island?

It's amazing the cost of homes once you get out of the Tri-State area. Which FH and I plan on doing within 5 years. Of course the cost of living decreases too but I'd rather make $10,000 less and live in 5 acres of land than make what I make now and live in a house we can barely afford on no land!

Wait until FH sees this. Some homes (of course they need major major work) are ONE DOLLAR. He's dying to find a fixer upper or a foreclosed house and resell it.

**** pics not working. I think it's because of the impending upgrade.

Re: Historic house site

You should post the links to the houses instead of trying to post the pics. If you post just the links it should work.

The houses that are $1 have to be moved to a different site and then restored in a limited period of time. They also have to be restored to what the house looked like New....You cannot make any changes to it....It has to be original....because it is a historic house.
