Are you using a regular film camera for your HM or are you bringing a digital? I am curious because I have heard horror stories about people accidentally deleting their pictures from their digitals.

I'm bringing my digital--I got a new memory card so it now holds up to 400 pictures! And we are bringing disposables and underwater disposables for our day excursions. I have never deleted pics from my camera accidentally. Just play with it beforehand so you know how to use it.

we dont own a digital camera, I know I know... we always bring our 35mm Canon and we also have another Canon camera that you can take in the water which is awesome for some cool shots in the pool or the ocean....

I have a digital that is very expensive and very heavy. So I won't bring mine. I think I am going to bring those digital disposable cameras. This way, if they get damamged or lost, I won't have to cry about it too much.

We're taking both...when we went to Mexico last year we only took the digital one and I was one of those idiots that accidentally deleted all the pics.

my advice is and what i have always done, if you own a laptop and its not huge, bring it with you. daily take the pictures off your camera and store them on pc.. this will accomplish 'A. your pictures being saved' and 'B. you will have a full stick of memory for more pictures' as oppose to buying another memory stick or shooting at a lower resolution to get more pics...
good luck im bring ditigal but from what i heard, on activites, you can pay somone an insanse amount of money to shoot you while doing stuff.

We only have a film camera, and the photos were *amazing* - much better than what we've seen with digital photos - our one regret was not bringing the telephoto lens!
