Okay, I'm not going to over react (yet) because maybe this will work itself out. However, our TA just called and told us that USAir discontinued service to St. Lucia on Sundays. Out flight, which was booked and paid for several months ago, has been cancelled. No other Airline can fit us in. She is going to try and bump the whole HM up a day, however there is no guarantee that the resort can fit us into our room level on that date. Ack!

Sorry to hear that. I am sure it will all work out. At least you found out now, with a little advance notice!

Re: HM flight discontinued
I know how you feel. The same thing happened to us - but it was with Air Tahiti Nui. We ended up changing flights but the order of our islands/resorts is all switched around due to the change and we needed a add a night.

Good luck!
Since the flight was cancelled the airline should be responsible for accomodating you, whether it be paying for the extra night in a resort or getting you out a day earlier or later.

I agree! This happened to us too on Air Tahiti for our flight coming home but we found out a few months ago so we had time to change our itin/flights. We did have to add an extra night and the airline wouldn't do anything about compensating us for it.
Hopefully your airline will help you out!

Thank you all-I just got off the phone with our travel agent and they were able to move up our HM by a day so that instead of leaving on a Sunday we are leaving on a Saturday and we get the same room ,etc as we originally booked for. She says it is almost identical to what we had-we'll see, she is mailing us the new schedule, etc..
We don't mind moving it up a day because we aren't leaving the same weekend of our wedding-so we have some time to spare. That said I want to make sure that we are getting everything we paid for.
