HM-For those of you who have been to Maui

What areas would you suggest to stay in. I am looking at 'lets go' and it seems like there are 4 different areas.

Ka'anapali/Lahaina

Kihei/Wailea

Pa'ia

Hana

We are planning on spending 7 nights in Maui - which locations do you girls think is worth staying in and for how long.

It is an incredibly dreamy place... ahhhhhhh.

Fodors has a great breakdown of the different areas. It really depends on what type of couple you are (want to relax, enjoy more sightseeing, want to immerse yourself in culture, etc.) Click on the left tabs though which will describe every area in detail and give you neat ideas for what to do.

Let me know if you want more detailed ideas.

To tell you the truth, I don't think you could go wrong with any place in Maui. We are staying in Ka'anapali at the Hyatt. I think this is the most populated area. Waliea has all the very expensive hotels and is more secluded. Hotel Hana is suppose to be absolutely beautiful and secluded.

Where ever you stay, you can drive around to visit the other areas.
