our agent recc. the fairmiont, nob hill in san fran. I have been told that it is out of the way to where everything is...should i change to a hotel in union square??

Check out Tripadvisor.com, they usually have a lot of reviews & helpful info!!!

THe Hotel Diva in nice. Dh and I stayed there. So is the Carlton or the Cartwright?? I stayed there b4 dh.. It was near Chinatown. Both are walking distance to Union Square.
DOn't stay in Fishermans Wharf. It is not near Union Square.
Fairmont is not walking distance to US. I would stay closer.

We are staying at Hotel Monaco. Check out gocarsf.com, it looks like alot of fun in San Fran!!

We're going in August and we'll be staying at The Lodge in Sonoma and the Sheraton on Fisherman's Wharf.
