Hmmm..HM opinion?

It is now between St. Lucia, OR a 7 night disney cruise that goes to St. Thomas, St. Marteen, St John & Castaway Cay.

WHY is this sooo difficult!!!!

P.S.- I've never cruised before.

I think you can't go wrong with either. Cruises are awesome b/c you get amazing food included and you get to see a lot of places at once. But it really depends what you like. If you really just want to relax and see one place and explore I would go with St. Lucia. Cruising you can relax too but it's a lot more moving. Plus you don't really get that much time in each place to explore in my opinion.

i think i would lean more toward st. lucia but then again it really depends on what you like to do more.

I would go more for St Lucia. I think it would be more relaxing and more honeymoon-y than the Disney cruise. I'm sure the cruise is great (I've never cruised either) but I would save that for a regular vacation.

I've done both.

I think the cruise is better. It gets a little boring being in the same place for a week. Cruises are so much fun-you can see a variety of places in a short amount of time. There are so many fun things to do day and night (shows, casino, dancing etc.) or you can just relax by the pool/hot tub. Also with a cruise everything is included! I thought that there wasn't much to do at St. Lucia.

Maybe you could add a few land days at a destination at the end of your cruise so you get a little of each? FH and I are planning to do this in Tahiti, cruise for several days then do some land days. I could see staying at one place for that long being a little boring IMO but I also feel that you don't get to really experience enough of any one place when you cruise.
