Well I always wrote thank you's and I never asked to bring a date,etc, but I have let the RSVP card slide in the past. I always thought 'Is it really that big of a deal?'

good article and yeah true in alot of ways. Before your wedding there are alot of things you dont realize. So thats why you have to keep that in mind when it comes to your wedding and have guests or bm's who dont have this experience.

I was bad with rsvp's, i sent them but late. I also didnt understand why a bride needed them 2 months before the wedding. Well to be honest, even after my wedding i still dont see the reason. 1 month to a few weeks yes it is NEEDED lol.

I know I was really bad once... I forgot to send the RSVP card and they had to call me to see if i was coming to which i said yes.. then I ended up with pnuemonia (i really did was in bed for 2 weeks!!) and couldn't go but they totally thought I made it up... and then I never sent the card I meant to give them at the wedding!

Otherwise I think i usually follow proper wedding etiquette
