Actually they aren't, well at least not like they used to be, but my father is so good at playing Santa Clause. He has the look and the boisterous personality for it and he is really good at getting the shy kids to take pictures with him. My dad's been playing Santa for about 10 years for our club breakfast and neighborhood party. About 5 years ago my mom got tired of sneaking in so kids wouldn't know who Santa was, so she made a Mrs. Clause costume.
