I've read a few posts about the Holbrook Country Club - does anyone know what their prices are like or if they have a website? Thanks!

No, they don't have a website. They are a family business, and they don't even believe in computers. They are older people. The lady who works in the office brought in her home computer for herself. Anyway, my mom has met with them a few times, they're very nice. She is going there tomorrow to give them a deposit. First we were goign to have a Friday night wedding, but recently changed it to a Saturday. The great thing is, since they liked my mom a lot (they talked for a while) They're not going to raise the price for a Saturday night. Also, it's suppose to be a 100 person minimum for a Saturday, but we're not sure if we'll have that amount so they said don't worry about it. Just give them an exact # of people before the wedding. One other good thing is that you have to give them $1,000 deposit, but you don't need to give them anymore money until a couple of weeks, or months before the wedding. I'm not sure. You don't have to give them any money at a 6 month mark. I can't believe how accomodating they are. Oh, I almost forgot. We're paying $60.00 pp for adults. Ages 13-20 are $50.00, ages 6-12 is $25.00 and 5 and under are only $5.00. Centerpieces are included, the wedding cake, and chocolate covered strawberries, mini pastries and italian cookies on each table. The food is great and you get a lot of it. I can't think of anything else. Good luck!
