Re: Holiday Family Recipes

We make cinnamon jigs!!!! SO DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!
and so easy!

Make regular pie crust

use a rolling pin to flatten as big as you can make it (but not too thin)

sprinkle some water on it

then cover with cinnamon and sugar everywhere! (more sugar than cinnamon)

cut once horizontally across to divide the dough in 1/2

then cut strips vertically down

roll the strips into small swirls

bake until brown!

DELICIOUS!

MY FAVORITE

My mom makes stuffed artichokes every holiday for me lol...

CUT THE TREE PART ON BOTTOM
Take off the brown guk on the bottom.

basically WASH THE ARTICHOKES, RUN WARM WATER ON THEM.,

Turn them upside down on a paper towel to dry.

make your stuffing (bread crumb, garlic, grated cheese, olive oil....mix into a paste. add salt, pepper watever you like....

She hits the artichokes on the table...to open them up., cut the tips off., stuff the leafs and heart area with the stuffing (Pack it in) ...

Put water (3 whisky glasses) in a High Pot. ..Pack them in to make them stand. Through Olive Oil over each Artichoke...and drop some in the water.

Cover them with cover. Boil for 30 minutes

When it comes to a boil, lower the flame., keep adding water make sure there is water constantly.

After 30 minutes., pull a leaf off ., if it pulls easily its done., if not keep boiling for another 5.
