My 16 month old daughter is in daycare and I would like to get something nice for all of the providers (2 full time women during day and 2 part time girls in the afternoon) I would like to spend about 25 on the full timers and a little less on the part time girls. Please help me with some suggestions. Also do I have to buy something for the director of the center?

I would give cash or a gift certificate -- my sister in law works for Bright Horizons. Considering what she is paid hourly (despite a college degree) I know what she needs most is money!

so far I've gotten a gift card to Target Bath and body works is nice hat scarf gloves set fleece throw a journal or address book with nice pen coffee mug with gourmet coffee or hot cocoa
