I used to go to Jones Beach to see the Holiday lights, but they're not doing it anymore
Anyone know where FH and I can go see some really cool Holiday lights? I know there are a few houses in Deer Park, but anything organized like Jones Beach was?

yeah a lot of places aren't doing them because of the economy :( i dont know of any other places but if i hear of any i'll post them

I don't know if you're willing to drive to Brooklyn just for that, but Dyker Heights is famous for their christmas lights.
FH and I went a few years ago to Jones Beach... I rented a limo (from Camelot way before I ever heard of LIW!) so neither of us would have to drive and I surprised him with champage and everything. It was the BEST night... and the next year they stopped doing it

Dyker heights does amazing stuff. I am from Brooklyn and I used to go every year as a kid!

i was thinking this myself bc i loved the one at Jones beach. I looked online and they have one in Bayport similar never went thought...

Is that the girl scout one? I think I saw that too... I would definitely drive to BK... Jamie - anywhere in particular? Or should I just google it?

The girl scout one is Lakeview Ave, Bayport. It is open everyday until Dec 30th from 5pm to 9pm. It is 12 dollars a car. FSIL a girl scout.
