Absolutely!!!! I cant stop thinking of all the little things that I have to get done... good luck on the SB diet, I jsut recently started phase 2 of it and its wonderful!

I saw your post on 'slim down' Im desperate with only 30 days to go! I need to find out as much info on this diet as possible! Maybe I can stay in phase 1 for a few weeks??

I answered you on the slim down thread...I think you should start with the 14 days, see how you on that, because you can loose like 8-13 pounds on phase 1. I lost 8 and i am on phase 2 right now, but... i want to loose another 10, so i plan on doing phase 1 again at the end of this month. i just wanted to give some time in between. see how you do, then decide. I think youll be surprised with how well you do in 14 days!!!
