You'll have time to drop the 20- but you have to be dedicated. Take Trimspa- That worked for me (I am also a personal trainer) No snaking between meals, try chewing Trident gum (orginial) the peppermint supresses your appetite!

I am so sorry to hear this!!! But you CAN do it! Do not send the dress back. Diet, exercise (nothing with heavy weights - you don't want to bulk up), and drink plenty of water. We are all here for you. We will support you every day if you need it! If you feel like having something sweet or bad, go on LIW and talk to us!!! Remember you CAN do it!!!!!!!

No. (i forgot to respond to this, sorry)

It's not the wrong size actually. I already checked that and so did the seamstress.
The zipper won't even go up anymore.
