anyone bride also using the scale.. stop ... i have given up, and i just let myself do what i NEED to do.
just put on a skirt bc its 100000% humid outside.. and my size 14 is HUMONGO on me, and my 12 is on my hips and keeps shifting... <-- im wearign the 12 today without my confort legging either.
i cant believe that i look this good, after i gave up weighing myself.
i just need to keep this up, and girls.. trust ureslf trust your old clothes... and everythign will work out.. i promise!!
