holy weight loss batman....

so scales stink...

anyone bride also using the scale.. stop ...
i have given up, and i just let myself do what i NEED to do.

just put on a skirt bc its 100000% humid outside.. and my size 14 is HUMONGO on me, and my 12 is on my hips and keeps shifting... <-- im wearign the 12 today without my confort legging either.

i cant believe that i look this good, after i gave up weighing myself.

i just need to keep this up, and girls.. trust ureslf trust your old clothes... and everythign will work out.. i promise!!

yeah denise, im soo mucsular i weigh myself and i get angry.

that's awsome!
i had the same thing happen...i'd keep weighing myself and getting upset and then when it was nice weather i put on a skirt that i thought was too small and it was actually a little big! all my clothes fit so much better or were too big but i didnt really notice because i was focusing on numbers.
i weighed myself at walmart yesterday and it said i hadn't lost any weight at all... but my clothes say differant!

i agree...my weight fluctuates alot..but i dropped almost 2 sizes, i trust that more..i weigh alittle more than last year..but i definately look thinner, look better and feel better! the way my clothes fit is the best measure of weight loss to me..the scale has been going down too little by little...so thats just an added bonus..congrats to you though! thats awesome!

Congrats!! Thats awesome!! I too am trying to slim down and gave up weighing myself. A skirt I tried to put on when i unpacked my summer clothes was a lil tight and i put it on today and it is fitting loosely at the hips I go by the way clothes fit, not what the scale says. I am also muscular, especially my legs... so i get frustrated when im not losing pounds eventhough i'm working out, but that can be because of the muscle gain.. so yeah. weighing yourself isn't the best way to gage your weight loss..
