DH & I hate that place but we decided to give them another chance & order our doors from them. They called us last week to let us know that everything was in and they would hold the items for 6 days after that they would have to put the doors back into stock apart from the custom door that we ordered. So DH calls them yesterday to say that we will be there tonight to pick up the doors & to have them pulled. So they tell him that the custom door is not in. They don't know who would have called him to tell him that it was in. They said that the call should have been for the other doors. So he says fine pull the 3 other doors and I will get them anyway. He gets there hours later they have only 1 door pulled & they are out of one of them. I don't understand how they can tell him the they are in when they are missing one. Anyway they find 1 door left of the one they said they where out of. But its an open box. They give him a discount on it and he comes home. But man was he annoyed so we are now officially done with them . This is like the 3rd time that they have screwed up on us. Apparently we are the only ones that have problems with them.
