anyone suffer from IBS? bc i do...and seriously my abd. pains were so bad i thought it could have been my appendix.
so i had to stay home today...but im better now.
haha thank god my boss is cool. and she even wrote to me to ask if i am feeling ok...

SO I wrote to my boss, and told her what the prob was... and she wrote me to tell me that
'Im glad you are okay, I miss u'
My boss is the sweetest Exec you guys will ever meet. I <3 her haha

I totally understand. I used to suffer horribly with IBS. I went to doctors, but ultimately got it under control on my own. I know how bad stress and anxiety can affect the body. I also have TMJ (jaw pain) which I was told is also worsened by anxiety.

thats awesome that ur boss is cool and caring like that. I have had alot of problems with digestive related issues. I haven't been taking my prescription though. my doc put me on zelnorm.
he also told me to stop eating rice...I'm puerto rican...is he insane?!?!?
