and the inspector said we are good to go!!!!!!! The house is in great condition!! Now, we just need to get into contract ASAP (there is an open house on Sunday and we don't want anyone to sweep the house from underneath us). Wish us luck!!!!!!

Congrats that's so exciting! Get a good lawyer who will do your paperwork ASAP. That will help you go to contract...our first lawyer was so slow we almost lost the house!
