Felt it coming last night....I feel like CRAP!

Sore throat, runny nose, achy ears...went to the doc. She gave me nasal spray. Nasal spray! I feel I have broken glass that's been lit on fire in my throat..... Yes, I know you know what you're doing and you've been a doctor for over thirty years, but just give me the z-pack and no one gets hurt!!
