i am bummed b/c i was in the mood to get out and get a lot of work done today but after a fall down the stairs last week i think i really injured my already injured back...it feels like a pinched nerve which i get from time to time and my job is a bit physical and includes a lot of driving so i agreed to take today as a flex day and work on saturday instead.
which is nice b/c i don't have to work today but it would be NICER if i could get some work done around the house since i'm home...but i can barely move w/o being in severe pain.
oh well at least since i can't really do anything else i can sit and chat w you girls!!

they are awesome!!! i used them for my back shoulders and my tummy for cramps!! i use therma care
