You can tell them to shove that Doc's note so far up their...well ya know...lol they really should not be making you feel bad or holding you accountable for anything that went wrong in their department, youre only human, and yes you get sick too! You dont deserve to listen to any of their crap about you being absent at work. Just let it go in one ear and out the other then smile and say, 'Thank you for being so understanding'

I hope you're feeling better! make sure you rest! Your boss should understand that every once in a while people get sick -- you're only human At least you have a doctor's note to cover yourself when you go back in.
