Exactly......I am proud of myself though.
I had a WW muffin for breakfast and I just had lunch. Tuna on sundried tomatoe bread with a few pretzels.
I surprise myself sometimes!

that's great!! I think you eat alot better when you think about what you're going to eat, rather than just waiting until you're hungry...
