Honest Opinion Please....

I really want to walk into the wedding reception to 'I'm to sexy for my...'

Do you think this is too much? The majority of guests are young and I wanted to start our reception off fun....I also want people to remember that song. I mentioned it to FH and he's not too keen on it, but I thought it would fun.

Have you ever been to a wedding where this was the entrance song of the Bride and Groom?

I think the entrance song can be fun or serious, it just depends on what you like. FH & I are choosing 'My First, My Last, My Everything' by Barry White because it's the song we got engaged to. I've seen people play lots of fast beat songs in addition to classics. I've never heard anyone walk into the song you want to use, but I don't see anything wrong with it.

no song is 'too much' as long as you and FH agree to it. but if he's not happy with it--i'd perhaps look at some other song choices. your entrance song should be something that you and FH totally agree on!

I don't like it ... I am not opposed to playing it at some point, but I think you should pick a different song to walk into.

I had printed a list of songs to give to our DJ and on it was stuff like Shaggy's 'It Wasn't me', 'Who Let the Dogs Out', 'Blue (Ba Da De), 'Cotton-Eyed Joe' etc. and he told me normally he wouldn't play those songs at a wedding so they may be offensive to some older guests.
I almost got offended until I realized he was right, but we too aren't having many older guests.
If your guests are younger, I'd say go for it!

I think that would be cool....I've only seen dance songs played when the bride and groom walk in....never a slow song. I don't think it's too much

I say go for it, FH and I are walking out to 'Holiday' from Green Day. One of my sisters' thinks I should pick another song. FH and I think its cool. I have heard of the BP walking out to that song also. Its cute.

I think that's a fun song and it would be really cute.

Wanna hear about a song that's too much -- My friend and her FH are considering walking into the instrumental of 'I Wanna F*ck You Like an Animal'...that's a song that I think is extremely inappropriate, even without the words.

Everyone will know the words anyway and will probably sing them out loud. Imagine people singing the chorus as you walk into the reception in your beautiful dress. How crazy is that!

Oh I love that song!!! If the crowd is mostly younger they'll love it. The older crowd doesn't even pay attention to the song anyways..they can barely here it..plus...if they are not drunk already..they are well on their way and trying to focus on watching the entrance. The song is not inappropriate at all.!

I think it's good for the bridal party, but I don't know how I personally feel about it for the bride and groom. To me that song is the introduction of the two of you as a couple.

But whatever you feel expresses the two of you as a couple is fine. I know people who have walked into that 'Let's get ready to rumble' somg from wrestling
