Honest opinions needed..

Okay so my e-shoot is this weekend and Fh and I are bringing our furbaby gizmo with us on our shoot. He came up with the cutest idea to make this sign to put next to the dog. We took a trip to JoAnns this weekend and I wanted to do it up all nice, canvas, paint, glitter, the whole nine. Well as everything started adding up Fh got in a tizzy . He decided stickers and cardstock would work fine... Apprehensively I agreed. I figured if it looked like crap then at least I could do it over they way I wanted and its only cost an extra $10. Anyway, heres the finished product and I'm not sure what I think of it... Next time hes not coming shopping for craft stuff with me

It's very cute! I would only suggest that the letters and numbers be bigger or the sign smaller. There's a lot of empty space. But I think it looks very nice and professional! Not crappy at all! :)

I think it looks great too! But I agree with Karin a little empty. Maybe add a quote or pictures of like she said make the letters bigger!! HTH!

I like it. My suggestion would be to make STD larger and in your wedding colors.

It's adorable! You can't even tell that it is cardstock and stickers. I do agree with the ladies above that maybe it needs something more in the middle. I would suggest some kind of scrapbooking sticker that relates to weddings in the empty space on the right.

P.S. I love that you used paw prints to dot the 'i''s and inbetween the numbers for the date!!

It is sooooo cute!! In fact, I wish I had thought of that! But I do agree with the empty space. The paw prints are adorable.

Thanks ladies! Maybe Ill go back to joanns and get some type of wedding something to put there Since I cant really change the stickers I would rather just fill the empty space. I feel 100x better now!

That doesn't look bad! I think in the photos you won't be able to tell it's stickers. That's so cute!

I think its really cute! We did the same sort of thing for our STD. Its a picture of her holding a sign that says 'My Mommy and Daddy are getting married'

You can buy those thick markers in your wedding colors and outline the letters to make them pop a little more. And to fill the empty space, how about scrapbooking stickers of rings or a silhouette of a cake topper couple or something else wedding related? I'm sure you can print out wedding silhouette graphics from google and then cut them and glue them on.

The sign looks great though!
