Yeah, I'm not too crazy about it either, I do like the pic that was posted above though, I think that would go very nicely with a vineyard themed wedding

not crazy about it - too much greenery almost hides the cake.
I like the grape and vine idea.

I think it looks a little messy, but I like the idea, maybe stack them straight and cut down on some of the greenery?

The cake is the one thing that I am having such a hard time with.....I can't find anything that I like so far at all.

My colors are all so dark that the whiter cakes I'm afraid will look out of place........

You could have them put a bit of tint in the frosting/fondant, so it isn't pure white - you probably do want some lighter things so everything doesn't have a dark feel, you can cover the whole spectrum from light to dark in your color family
