honest opinons please?

I really want my bouquet to be all pink - w/ peonies and roses. Then i was thinking some of those little white thingys? The bridal ones? lol

Then I want my girls (who are wearing pink) to have pink roses w/ ivory callalillies?

Would it look silly if there were different types of flowers in the bouqets?

I think you are talking about stephanotis? I don't think they all have to be the same. Mine won't be. I think it will provide more interest. Also, the combinations you are talking about will still be cohesive. Go for it!

stephanotis! Thats it! I like the idea of a litte bit of pure white. My dress is ivory and the girls are pink. I'm thinking that it will all tie in together. Cohesive was the perfect word - that's what I'm worried about.

I love peonies. Actually, I think I'm a little obsessed with them. They look like big scoops of ice cream to me. Sadly, they're not in season for my wedding

I just looked it up - it looks like they are in season in late spring/early summer. I'm guessing thats not good for me?

Call your florist and double check. I thought they were out of season by July, but I may be totally wrong.

Peonies will not be in season when we get married. I'm sure you 'could' get them, however, I'm sure they would be pretty pricey.


IMO - I think you have to think of the shape of the flowers. I think stephanotis *sp* would be perfectly fine in just your bok. Those flowers are usually just seen in a bridal bok, and dont' have to be throughout the CP or other boks. I personally wouldn't like the shape of calla lillies in a bok. I've seen them done - but if you aren't going to have them in your CPs - I'm not sure I would do them.

Then yes, I think you can certainly put them in the BM bok's - I think that would tie everything in very nicely.

In addition, since you aren't using 10000 different colors - (and that I know the callas are in your CPs) I think it would add nice texture.

Whatever you do it's going to be gorg!
