I think it's adorable for a baseball fan. As for childish, who cares what other people think? IMHO, it doesn't look childish at all. Your family & friends know FH is a huge Red Sox fan, and if they love you (and I'm sure they do) they will appreciate what it means.

My FH and I aren't into sports really, other than swimming, paintball, fencing etc.. But you know what that is perfect for the two of you. Go with what you want, its your wedding!
