What about Sandals in Antiqua?
I'd stay away from Club Med for a honeymoon. I went to the one in Turks & although it was beautiful, its not an ideal hm spot---they sit you w/ people at dinner, there's a lot of campy songs after dinner and there's truly not many couples there at all.

It's in the Caribbean. You take a puddle jumper there from St. Martin so I don't think it is that far away. Supposedly it is beautiful. Try the link below for more info. There is a Marriott there that my FH and I are staying at.
Nevis is the sister island to St. Kitts and it too is beautiful. Kelly Ripa vacations there (in Nevis)with her family all the time and stay at the 4 Seasons, too expensive for us......But you can take a ferry back and forth. There is a lot to see on both islands.

I wouldn't recommend club med. I just went to the one in Turks this past March with FI and I definitely thought it was much more a place for singles not couples especially couples on their honeymoon. They have other nice resorts in Turks. They actually were building a new 5 star resort. I can't remember the name but I am sure any travel agent can help. The Palms might have been the name.

We just booked our honeymoon to Cabo san Lucas, its called 'The One and Only Resort at Palmilla' It supposed to be amazing!!

I got a really great price for Sandals in the Bahamas I know my travel agent told me all Sandals are currently having a 35% sale right now
Her name is Patti from Jeffrey's World of Travel in Great Neck I don't have her number with me now but you can look it up - she is the best!!!!
