So.......... FH and I have started researching our honeymoon... we were originally going to go with a cruise, but there weren't too many cruises leaving the right time that we found appealing.
So we've decided on either: Mango Bay in Barbados or Ireland.
It's hard to find out where to stay in Ireland if we don't want to use a car... we looked into tours, but those have you staying in a different hotel every one or two nights.
We NEVER travel, so we're looking into something we'll only do once in a lifetime.... as we want to have kids right away.. I'm going to look into a travel agent for Ireland, as we'd really like to make that happen.
If anyone has any tips or experience, please share!

Re: Honeymoon
Is there a reason you don't want to have a car there? The best kind of Ireland trip IMO is where you travel around and see different parts. You can do bed & breakfasts and stuff. Otherwise you could look into tours but you would be traveling with a group. They are still nice and you get to see a lot of stuff. I went a few years back (did the B&B thing) and had a great time! Although it's like the polar opposite of Barbados... I think you need to decide if you want a beach relaxing experience or more scenery/exploring.
