FH are starting to look into HM ideas. Right now our budget is at $5,000. Not sure what this will get us. Can you laides share what you got/where you are going???

Hmmm You are getting married in October which is Hurricane season still - I say Aruba ;)

FH and I are going to Thailand for 11 days and we're just a little over that. (We're not going until November though because it is monsoon season there in October!)

We paid that for 10 days / 9 nights in an amazing 5 star all inclusive in Mexico for our honeymoon !

Thanks! We acutally just got back from Aruba! We are trying to avoid the Caribbean since we've been there so many times!

St. Lucia or Aruba...
You can do either of those in your budget... and they are far enough south that you won't have to worry about hurricane season..

FH and I are going to one of the Sandals resorts in St. Lucia and are spending about 5000. When we first went to the travel agent there were a lot of places we could have went to for that price, so you'll probably have many options.

COSTA RICA - we stayed at paradisus - its all inclusive, do the royal service....it was great...we spent about 3,000 for 8 days, flights and excursions
