DH and I just got back from Couples Negril and it was the most amazing experience. I have been to a couple of islands and the beaches in Negril were by far the most beautiful I have ever seen. FM me if you want more details.
If you are looking for someplace to relax St. Lucia is a good place. We went to St. Lucia and while we DEF got to relax there wasn't much to do on the island except for what Sandall's offers in excursions. It's a very poor island (at least we thought so from what we saw). Don't get me wrong it was beautiful but since we were looking for Carribean and it was hurricane season we were only really able to choose between St. Lucia and Aruba. We went to Aruba about 3 days after we got engaged so we decided to go to St. Lucia. We both say that if we could do it again we'd go back to Aruba instead since there is more to do BESIDES St. Lucia (we were bored around day 4).
Couples Resorts in Jamaica. We've been to Swept Away, most likely going to Negril for our HM and I heard the other 2 are just as awesome.
