How far in advance do you book your honeymoon? I'm clueless. Do airlines open their seats a yr prior?

Re: Honeymoon
We tried to book a year out, and our agent said we should be fine within one year. We booked ours in November '11 for an April '12 Honeymoon.

Re: Honeymoon
We booked a year out. Some airlines like american you can book a year in advance, others like Jetblue I think are 6 months in advance.

Re: Honeymoon
We just booked ours last weekend. Flights are not available yet but we got a nice discount on the land part for early booking. Good luck!

Re: Honeymoon
We booked ours really late because we couldn't decide on where to go - we booked it in mid-August for our mid-Oct wedding.

Re: Honeymoon
I tried to look up pricing but it wasnt even listed as far out as 20ish months. haha (9/20/13)
Glad there's one less thing to do 'sooner' rather than 'later'

We booked our hotel months ago and just booked the rest of our flights.(We had done the island to island flights first since there were limited options)This is for our honeymoon in April to Hawaii.
