My FH hates to fly so we decided on the Keys in FL. It's a 3 hour flight so he is ok with that (thankfully). We're planning on going for a week. We don't know how much it is going to cost exactly because it's still too far in advance to find prices for 2014 but we're not planning on spending any more than $4,000 or so.

We are going to Hawaii, but haven't started the process yet. FH's father did give us some money to put towards it so I am hoping that helps a bit!

We are taking a 12 day Southern Caribbean cruise and it is NOT that much at all!

This is one of those things we start to talk about and then the conversation never goes anywhere! It's the LAST thing on my mind. We've basically decided to do an all-inclusive someplace tropical, but we just can't decide where. Hawaii and Europe are out of the question for us, budget-wise.

luckily for us... as a wedding present my best friend/MOH's mom (who is like my 2nd mother) is giving us her timeshare for a week. we can pick anywhere in the world. we can even transfer it to a cruise. its the last thing on our minds right now... but he likes the idea of italy to go see that cruise ship thats still off the coast... the man loves his shipwrecks.

My FH's sister has a timeshare and gifted it to us..we're thinking Hawaii. 3k for flights and another 3k or so for spending and excursions.

Ditto on the timeshare comments.. My FBIL is giving us timeshare points for anywhere in the world.. Takes a lot of the cost off!!!

I'd love to go somewhere exotic, like Bora Bora or the Galapagos. I know how super crazy insane expensive it would be, but how many times in my life will I have an excuse to spend that much on a trip!!! I'm trying to save up and put away a percentage of my tips after each shift at my restaurant, maybe by the time we're planning I'll have enough to get me to Cincinnati. LOL

Yeah we actually made a rregistry through liberty travel (which is why we are planning now ) so people can put money towards it if they want instead of buying us gifts we would probably just return :)

We're going to St. Lucia for 12 days, short flight and all-inclusive. We went to Hawaii in August and we're paying WAY more for this trip than we did Hawaii.

We originally wanted to go to Europe, but now we're looking into St. Lucia. We'll save Europe for an anniversary trip :)

Not sure yet how long we're going to stay. Probably 12-14 days.

FH and I have been to a lot of all inclusive places in the caribbean and Mexico. We're actually going to DR in April! For our honeymoon I would love to go to Hawaii, Europe, Costa Rica, or something completely different like a ranch in Montana.

I would have loved to go to BORA BORA but that is not happening anytime soon with all our expenses and student loans, thinking about turks and Caicos an all inclusive as an option, something with the word ' all inclusive' LOL

We fell in love with cruising when we went on one to Alaska. We will definitely be going on one for our honeymoon--it looks like the winner is Western Caribbean - it leaves out of Ft. Lauderdale then goes to Cozumel, Grand Cayman Islands, Haiti, Jamaica and back to Ft Lauderdale. We would love Bora Bora like someone above mentioned, but after looking into airfare alone-we realized it is not in the budget.
