Honeymoon

Sandals Antigua. We knew we wanted an all inclusive. There are so many food options at this sandals and we love to eat! I read reviews on trip advisor often and basically that website steered me to Antigua out of the sandals options. we fell in love with the Mediterranean villa at this resort which give you the butler, private pool, and hot tub. I've heard great things about all the sandals resorts so I just read reviews and looked at pictures until I figured out the resort I liked best.

Honeymoon

We are doing a Royal Caribbean cruise. We've only been on 1 cruise before and absolutely loved it. The food is amazing and you can see many different islands instead of being at one place. FH and I like to do different excursions and stuff and there's sooo much to do on the ship itself

Honeymoon

FH and I are going to Europe and heading to Greece and Italy. We both have been to many tropical island type places, so we wanted to do things a little different for our honeymoon. Ever since I can remember seeing Santorini on one of those travel shows, its been on my bucket list of places to go, so when it came time to choose a location, I talked to FH about it and it was the obvious choice. We'll be going to Athens, Santorini, and Rome. Whats great about going to Santorini is that we can go on a day trip to some of the other Greek islands like Mykonos, naxos, etc, so that gives us more options of places to see. Everyone told us Europe would be too touristy, but its really what you make of it. FH and I plan to go on one of those sunset tours/wine tasting in one of the vineyards, and just rent a couple of atvs and explore the island. For Rome, theres a tour called the underground tour of the Colosseum, and its supposed to take you down to the restricted area/dungeons, and is only available to those who purchase a private tour. We already bought our tickets, so we're super excited for that!

As for where we're staying, we got a honeymoon suite in the Suites section of Canave's Oia, and our room has its own lazy river plunge pool, right on our balcony, so you can just laze around or go downstairs to the hotels pool overlooking the volcano and Aegean sea. It literally looks like a painting! If you're interested in doing something similar, we're booked at at the Canave's Suites (Santorini), Intercontiental de la Rome, And Electra Palace for Athens. All hotels are very central so you can walk to most of the major sites. Rooms are pretty pricey, but do come down a bit if you book early!

A cruise out of Miami to Mexico and central america. Not our first choice but with buying the house and paying for the wedding it was what we could afford.

We are going to Crystal Cove in Barbados! We are traveling at the peak of hurricane season in the caribbean, so we needed an island on the outskirts of the hurricane belt..I've also been to many islands, and wanted an island I haven't been to. It's supposed to be sunny basically every day of the year, with lots of history to it (fiance is a nerd ;) )

Honeymoon

We're doing 11 days in Costa Rica switching between two different resorts. We're really looking for an exciting/adventure trip but still be able to sit back and relax on the beach and Costa Rica offers both. We've never been there before and have only heard amazing things from everyone we've spoke with who have traveled there. We can't wait!

Honeymoon

We're doing England. While we both like the beaches, that's not really our thing. Both of us have always wanted to go to the UK, so we decided this is the best time to do it. We're staying for about a week and a half and are planning to basically travel the country and see as much of it as we can - hit all of our 'must sees' and hopeful fit in a little time in Scotland and Wales as well. I have family over there we are planning on staying with for a night or two to help with the cost as well.

I might be more excited about the honeymoon than the wedding. I'm sooo not a person who likes being the center of attention, but I LOVE travel.

Honeymoon

We did a Mediterranean cruise. It went from Rome to Barcelona, so we spent a few days before in Rome and a few after in Barcelona. All in all it was about 2 weeks. I loved the time that we spent in Rome & Barcelona, but I was a little disappointed in the cruise. I've cruised the Caribbean a ton of times and had a really good time on those, but I don't know if I would ever do a European Cruise again. I think that it's better just spending 2-3 days in the actual cities instead. But if we did that, then we probably wouldn't have been able to go to Rome and Barcelona and we loved both of them. So it was a good way to get one place to another while seeing some cities in-between.

Excellence Riviera Cancun! We upgraded to the Excellence club which gives you more perks and also did the Rooftop Terrace Suite. I've heard good reviews about Excellence resorts so you may want to check them out.

were also doing Costa Rica for 10days. We want to travel the world so we had so many options to pick from which made it hard but this was the most exciting in the budget and time line we could fit. we rented a car and only booked the first 2 nights and we will see where the road takes us.. Super excited!!
