Honeymoon Advice!

Hello Ladies!

FH and I are trying to figure out where we want to go for our honeymoon...We came up with a Cruise for 5 days and then coming back and staying in NYC for another 5 days! Sounds like 2 trips to me!!! But my question is would a cruise line leave out of NYC??

Has anyone done this before?? I could use some advice!!!

we are going on a carnival cruise and its leaving from nyc. and we are going to san juan, st.thomas and tortola(not sure of the spelling)

I took a cruise out of NYC to Bermuda and it was AMAZING. I would definitely recommend it.

Me too, when I was 12.....it was Norwegian Cruise lines to Bermuda. I also took a cruise this past summer with FH's entire family out of NYC to St John & Nova Scotia (not so honeymoon-ish but it was still nice) on Carnival

I have left from New Jersey on Celebrity and Royal Carribean, but I think there are some that might leave from NY

yes- go with Royal Carribean- Carnival isnt the greatest. They leave out of Bayonne, NJ which isnt far from NYC.

On their homepage, select 'Plan a cruise' and then 'Ports' and then 'Ports of departure' and then 'Cape Liberty Port, Bayonne, NJ'

Then on the side you can do the 'quick vacation earch'

I am leaving for a cruise out of NYC in 3 days. They definitely do it. Some go all the way down to the carribbean, some go to Bermuda.

Check out Princess, they def. do it, that's the one I am going on Monday!!!!!!!
