I'd choose the cruise! cheaper than Hawaii, you get a bit of a land vacation and then a cruise, which is soooo relaxing. no brainer for me!
Definitely 1, but if money became an issue #2 would be an awesome honeymoon as well. We're actually doing Disney then a Royal Caribbean Cruise. Wanted Hawaii, but money was an issue.
they all sound great. do you think 11 days is enough to see all 3 hawaiian islands? i feel like that could be too much hopping around. personally i would like to stay in the same place for the whole time or spend a significant amount of time in one place. i thought about hawaii too, but i didn't want to be on the flight for that long. i don't do well on long flights.

i would say #1...although its a bit more than #2 the whole thing is that excursions and dinners are included
#2 is not bad either though, what are the excursions for the cruise?

There are tons of excursions that the cruise offers. It is Princess cruise line - Sea Princess
