well, we are staying at the hawaiin hilton village for 1 week in oahu on my parents timeshare (which was was $220) we are also staying at 'the pineapple inn' in maui for 5 days for $660 (i researched a lot!) and we got that unbelievable roundtrip airfare for 2 for $700 thank you god lol
Wow! That is GREAT!!! The honeymoon is next on out list!

I think your budget is on target...depending on the hotels you picked. My sister spent about 10k...not sure if that was including spending money. That was also 3 yrs ago.
