You should figure out how much you can spend BEFORE you go to the TA's office, as everyone's budget is different.
We are spending 2 weeks in Italy - Our airfare alone was over $2,000... We haven't chosen our hotels / tours yet, but it will add up!
Well we gave them a price but they said for where we want to go it is unrealistic for our time of year. We are hoping for Mexico/ Jamaica/ Palm Island. We really have to keep it under $6000- and thats after we uped it from $5000. We just don't want to go bankrupt on our honeymoon! Even though we do want to go somewhere amazing! But I figure if i am in the carribbean, it won't take much to keep me happy!

Well I think that you could definitely do Jamaica for that budget and time of year! Sandals and Couples resorts are all inclusive and you should be able to get a week out of the price of about $5K.
we went to couples ocho rios and it was great. check out In & Out Travel/Dream Destinations. they are a vendor on here and that is who we used

Re: Honeymoon Budgets
We're doing 8 days / 7 nights in Jamaica at Couples for about $3000 including airfare. It's hurricane season so it's cheaper. But you can definitely do the Caribbean for under $6,000.

Re: Honeymoon Budgets
We are doing 6 nights at Couples Swept Away in a Beachfront Suite and then a week at Disney BUT the Disney hotel is a timeshare so it is not costing us anything. We are hoping to spend 5k, it will prob turn into $5500 with expenses at Disney.

Re: Honeymoon Budgets
We spent two weeks in Thailand. Bangkok and Khao Lak.
The air fare alone was about 4K for both of us because we upgraded to premium economy (so worth it IMHO!)
With hotels, excursions, eating, and shopping the whole thing came to about 9K

We are seriously considering Couples Swept Away. It looks amazing!
