We are going to Sandals Halcyon in St. Lucia in December for our HM.

We used an online site called thetropicaltravelers.com. After I got an email quote we made arrangements over the phone. We got an excellent deal- about $1000 less than if we did it ourselves- plus we got a better room and a non-stop flight, which I was unable to find for us (at least one we could afford!)

One thing I would say though- if you do use them be very clear that the amount they charge you for the deposit is the amount- we were told the deposit was $400, or something like that. Then when FI got his CC statement, we had paid half. When we called the agent said that we had to pay half to lock in the flight price- we are leaving the day after x-mas which is a busy time. I understood, but was annoyed that we weren't contacted. But they are legit- lots of people on the 'other' board have used them and been totally pleased. I still am mostly pleased but wanted to mention our little glitch. You may want to just email them anyway for a quote- there's no obligation.

OMG - we do. we are actually going to have to go on it next year, since it is already paid for. since i am going to be at a new school in september, it starts earlier...it starts while we would be in bora bora! so, we just pushed it back till next july! (so it's like 2 honeymoons).

anyway, we still want to go away for about 10 days, so thought maybe something like sandals would be good because it's all inclusive!
