I know October is hurricane season, we don't want to go to Hawaii, have been there already and don't want all that flying time, also know Aruba is the best but want to try something new. I have heard St. Lucia is nice and and also Acupulco, that they are safe bets weather wise during that time. Anyone ever been, comments?? thanks!
Have not been to Acapulco, but I saw a show on the Travel Channel about Mexican beach resorts and it looked absolutely beautiful! Los Cabos also looked gorgeous. We are going to Hawaii on our honeymoon (both of us have never been there) but I told my fiance that we should try to go to Mexico for our 1st anniversary.
Loved Acapulco - it was a blast and PV looks like it will be fun and gorgeous too. Acapulco had a lot of night time fun - the clubs are amazing. We decided to go to Puerto Vallarta for our honeymoon, because the FH is fair and can't just lay in the sun - we needed a lot of activities. If you want more information - let me know. I've also been to Aruba - love it there but I too wanted to go somewhere new! :-)
