Honeymoon help...

Hi Ladies!

FH and I are going nuts on where to go for our honeymoon, we are looking for a short flight, no cruise and all inclusive, and of course reasonable priced, any ideas?

love love love the royal in playa del carmen..... went there for vacation a few years ago!

also the excellence punta cana was great

ETA: both resorts are all-inclusive and flights were very reasonable

I agree with the above poster...Excellence was great. I didn't go to the one in Punta Cana, we went to the one in Mexico (Playa Mujeres) and it was fabulous. The flight to Cancun was under 4 hours. I think Punta Cana is about 4 hours.

FH and I have been to Couples Swept Away and it was the best vacation ever! Flight is really not that long and it's 100% all inclusive (lots of different restaurants/cuisines to choose from, activities. and any and all drinks).

We will be going back here for our HM as well

We've been looking at the Sandals resorts, specifically the Sandals Grande St. Lucia. Not sure what your budget is but for all inclusive (Sandals includes outdoor activities and Water sports too) including airfaire, it's around $4,000. I've never been there, but from the pictures it looks amazing!!!!

For short flight, I reccomend Bermuda. Its beautiful there. Its about an hour to hour and a half flight from NY. I loved it there. I went with girlfriend so I would love to go again since FH has never been

astorc- I stayed at the Sandals Grande last june, if you want FM me. St. Lucia is definitely beautiful, just make sure it's not 'rainy season'. Also the flight is pretty long from ny. Bahamas is always a great close option (although not sure there are many all inclusives)

I don't know when you are going on your honeymoon but I see that your weeding is in august just like mine. You have to be careful of hurricanes. We were told to stay below the hurricane belt - we are going to aruba! They say the weather is always amazing there.

My parents went to the Enchanted Gardens in Jamaica like 15 years ago and they LOVED it and still talk about how amazing it was. Not sure if it's still around.
