We're choosing between hawaii and the bahamas...hawaii would be a cruise..and not sure if bahamas would be otr not. Neither of us has ever been to either place..and was just wondering if anyone could make recommendations! TIA!!!!

we did a cruise from tahiti to hawaii so i vote for the cruise in hawaii. it was an unbelievable trip.

depends on where you are going in the bahamas, Paradise Island is beautiful, but stay away from Nassau, there really isn't anything there....JMHO...hope that helps

Hawaii is gorgeous & something everyone should do once in a lifetime....more than likely you won't have the chance for a long time....I'd go Hawaii, you can always do the Bahamas.

My vote would be for Hawaii. Although Hurricane season doesn't officially start until August, you never know how the weather will be. Also, how often would you be traveling to Hawaii after you're married.

Well Hawaii is quite expensive but when else are you ever gonna go. The Bahamas you can get a really good deal so that is why we decided on Hawaii. We might as well spend the money now b/c once we have a house and kids it would not be possible.

hawaii..its so gorgeous..i feel like on ure honeymoon u can excuse the ridiculous expense of a hawaiian vacation...although the bahamas is gorgeous as well...ive been to both and i loved hawaii!!

I would say hawaii... what other time in your life would you get to go out there...
but you need at least 10 days because you lost 2 days traveling... also, if you're on a budget, bahamas would be the way to go... far cheaper as the flgiht is only about 3 hours....

Definitely Hawaii. You can always find good deals to the Bahamas but Hawaii would be nice and different for your Honeymoon.

I think finances would have a lot to do with this decision. Hawaii is AMAZING. We went there for our honeymoon and I want to move there. It is VERY expensive though. It would definately be cheaper to do the cruise there then stay there but it will still cost you much more than the Bahamas.

I loved the bahamas, never been to hawaii.
BUT imo it is your honeymoon. The bahamas is a place where you could and may go anytime in the future. Would that be the same for Hawaii? If not and you can afford it.. I would go to Hawaii
My parents went to Hawaii for their honeymoon and have never gone back. They are happy they went, dad would never fly that far again.
