We're choosing between hawaii and the bahamas...hawaii would be a cruise..and not sure if bahamas would be otr not. Neither of us has ever been to either place..and was just wondering if anyone could make recommendations! TIA!!!!
I just booked a cruise to Hawaii. I figured that its not always something I would do compared to maybe going to the Bahamas. I am taking a cruise out of Honolulu on a Monday and will leave sunday to stay over night. This is nice, considering my wedding is fri night, and I will have sat. to be home before leaving. The cruise is with Norweigian and visits each island for a day and a half each, making it 7 days total. We figured we would also spend a few days relaxing on one of the islands at the end.

Hawaii!! My brother went to the Bahamas for his honeymoon and they weren't crazy about it. I went to Hawaii and it was AMAZING!!

We're taking a cruise around Hawaii. Take a look at Norweigan. They have some pretty good prices for a 7 day cruise that starts and ends in Oahu.
I have been to both and would go to HAWAII - hands down!
Hawii!! Bahamas is kinda icky.
We went to Bahamas and I honestly wasn't crazy about it. I was dissapointed with how outrageously priced everything was and the ocean had a lot of seaweed in it. At least where we stayed. I'm sure others have better reviews on it.
We got engaged in the Bahamas - we stayed at the Royal Towers at Atlantis...it was WAY Expensive for food! Totally overpriced (at Atlantis) It was great, we were only there for 5 days..but there isn't much to do at ATlantis outside of walking around. I am sure outside of Atlantis there is stuff to do. We are looking into Hawaii for our HM...which is also mega expensive. But I say for a HM it is worth it..you only get one and I think that it will be hard to get there once we start having kids..so we are shooting for now. I say Hawaii..you can always take a 5 day trip to Bahamas..Aruba...in a few years from now. I think Hawaii is probably a one time trip if you are lucky enought to even go....

Hawaii is gorgeous & something everyone should do once in a lifetime....more than likely you won't have the chance for a long time....I'd go Hawaii, you can always do the Bahamas.
