I'm trying to find the best prices for us to go to the Bahamas. I called Liberty Travel, and it's at least $400 more, than expedia.com quoted us??? Now to us that's a lot of money. That could be our spending money. So, I don't know what to do? has anyone ever booked directly through the hotel/resort and didn't have problems? Thanks!
i always do my airfare online. I have booked hotels online without any problems either.
I buy my airline tickets online tons of times. They are usually very restricted and non-refundable, that is why they are so much cheaper. If you know your dates and are confident that they will not change the go right ahead and buy online.
I saved $800 by booking my airline tickets through Expedia.com. I booked everything else through a travel agent only because we're going to Italy and I don't enough Italian to book with the hotels themselves. Almost all my business trip travel arrangements are made online - hotel, rental car - just not airfare. I would definitely trust expedia for booking a trip.
I usually book all our vacations online on my own - no problems, but I was quite pleased with the prices at Liberty and that they do everything for us...I don't have to worry...
