FH and I have discussed the following:
-Hawaii (5 couples of our friends have gone)
-St. Lucia (6 couples of our friends have gone/are going)
-Aruba (don't feel like it's where we want to go for our HM, more like maybe an anniversary destination)
-Greece/Europe (apparently cold there in November)
- Tahiti/Bora Bora (don't think we really want to swing at least $15k for the places we want to stay there and FH isn't the biggest fan of long flights)
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...
I never thought I would consider this but I AM OBSESSED WITH
SECRETS MAROMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We would upgrade everything to the max and stay anywhere between 10-14 days??? What do you ladies think???? I need helppppppp lol

look into El Dorado Maroma as well
when we went to mexico in sept to investigate a DW we did a site visit there
the place is gorgeoussssssssssss, perfect for a honeymoon- its a small resort but adults only
the HM sweet is to die forrrr- they have rooms with infinity pools on the balcony- but still private if you know what i mean
the beach was amazing- totally understand why it is one of the top in the world! super calm ocean, crystal blue- super white sand just gorgeous!
we stayed at El Dorado Royale- a sister resort- and the food was absolutely amazing, top notch, 5 star quality, the service was 5 star as well
just something for you to ponder...our TA who showed us around mentioned secrets maroma and said great things as well
