Honeymoon Hotels in Greece

Please tell me your favorite hotels in Greece - preferably in Rhodes, Santorini and Crete. Our flight is booked but we have no idea where to stay!!

Also, has anyone taken a cruise around the Greek Islands? What cruiseline did you use?

TIA
