Honeymoon in Ireland - anyone been there?

Hi Everyone,
My fiance and I are planning our honeymoon in Ireland.
We want to do all the driving and stay in b&bs, possibly a castle.. Does anyone have a good ideas for routes .. I hear alot of the West Coast is amazing and to skip dublin.. I would like to hear your opinions. We are more focused on the ruins and history of Ireland rather than the drinking part.. although that can be interesting also..
I am thinking of booking the honeymoon through Sceptre Tours? Has anyone used them.. they seem really reasonable..

We went to ireland last march and it was amazing. Dublin was fun and great for pictures but I loved Cork and Galway the best. I hear Kerry and Shannon and Dingle (?) are gorgeous areas as well. I still keep thinking that I want to go back for our honeymoon and just stay on the west.
