Honeymoon in Italy - need hotels

Our honeymoon is in Italy, where we are taking a cruise, but we also have 5 extra nights to travel the country. Anyone have any good hotel suggestions for Rome or Venice?

What is your cruise? Many cruise lines have add-on packages

Try tripadvisor. I used the site a lot for my trip to Florence and it was really helpful.

Honeymoon in Italy - need hotels

I just booked our honeymoon in Rome yesterday! We are staying at the Parco dei Principi. It is a five star, close to the city and has pools and a fitness center which most hotels in the city do not but those are important to us. Where does the cruise go to? We also booked one excursion so far that will take us to Naples and Pompei.

Honeymoon in Italy - need hotels

When I stayed in Florence I stayed at Hotel Roma. It was really amazing because it was in the middle of the city and a Piazza. It was so close to everything. The hotel was SOOOOOO nice and pretty inexpensive. I loved how the hotel legit was a minute walk to everything. Good luck! :)
