Honeymoon insurance?

Did anyone get honeymoon insurance? It's $300, is it necessary?

for all the $$ your spending...id def consider it...god forbid 1 of you got sick or something tragic happend you rather loose 300$ vs thousands!!

I think it is so important to get it. It is an annoying expense, but just think of all the money that can be lost in case of an emergency

We purchased travel insurance. It was the best thing we could have done. Luckily we didn't need to use it but we were more relaxed knowing we were covered if something happened. It would stink to be out thousands of dollars because we didn't pay a few extra hundred dollars.

Yes! I got it and so happy I did. It gives you peace of mind that if you have to cancel or change your plans, you'll get your $$$ back.

I changed my destination twice already and had I not had the insurance, I would have lost a good chunk of change.

We got it, i think it was 88 each to cover everything

yes, we bought it. hopefully we will not have to use it but it gives us piece of mind god forbid something happens!

We got it because we are going during hurrican season. Even if we were willing to go during 'bad weather', flights could be cancelled, etc..

It's peace of mind and you just never know what can come up

i got it because we aren't going on our HM till December 13, so you never know how the weather will be, but i would get it whatever time of year it is, you are spending so much money and you never know what life will throw at you, better to be safe than sorry

My mom owns a travel agency. THere are so many people who do not buy travel insurance and then truely regret it later. We get it for EVERY trip we go on, and would not dream of not getting the insurance for something as big as a honeymoon!

Yes we did, and now always do for big trips just in case!!

Everyone I talk to says GET IT!!! You never know what could happen and it is a 'just in case' type of thing.
